Block and Cleaver is a distinguished artisan butcher and sausage maker that blends traditional craftsmanship with a contemporary approach. Winners of multiple State and National Grand Champion awards! Established in 2016, we specialize in small-batch, hardwood-smoked products and are proudly located in Siren WI.
We are located just west of Siren off of Hwy 70 and Nyberg Road. Come in and see what we have available - we have rolled out a lot of new products in recent months! We also welcome you to place on-line or phone orders.
