Beef, Pork & Lamb
Block & Cleaver will custom process your beef, pork and lamb. We have standard cut orders or we can specialize your order to meet your needs.
We work with Eggerts Slaughtering, Inc., a USDA inspected facility in Deer Park, WI, to handle the humane slaughter of your animal. We can also arrange on the farm slaughter if needed. The carcass is then transported to us for processing.
Our facility is a USDA inspected plant that meets the top sanitation and handling standards. Beef are dry-aged in our state-of-the-art carcass cooler for 7-10 days before processing. All cuts and products are vacuum sealed in clear packaging and clearly labeled. Our sausages and snack sticks are made with artisan recipes and top of the line ingredients to ensure quality and great taste with every bite. When you pick up your order, it will be frozen and boxed for your convenience.
